I really hate looking at those pictures, but that’s who I am right now, and I think that the best way for me to make the right decisions is to always remember what I actually look like. You can’t really tell that I’m that overweight when I wear clothes because I wear appropriately sized clothes. I’ll show you…

I wish…

I wish there were a faster and easier way to go about this that didn’t involve some sort of pill I would have to buy or some system I would have to pay for. I just need to buy and eat more fruits, though. and vegetables. I definitely think that would help.

I wish progress came quickly…

It’s only been 1 day, so you can’t see any difference, but let’s see what happens in a week.

Yesterday did not go as well as I would have liked, but I don’t think I ate too many calories and I did more exercise than usual. Today will go better.
